We have two vacancies for a salesperson - one in Cambridgeshire and one in our Kent branch selling fencing and farm supplies. The job involves serving customers, answering phones, quoting, and chasing down orders. Every day is varied, office-based in a rural setting and would suit someone who is confident and capable of learning quickly. An interest in fencing and/or farming products would be an advantage but not essential.

It would suit someone wanting to look for a career in sales or someone with past sales experience who wants to work in a more rural setting. A rewarding package awaits a suitable candidate, subject to experience.

Assistant Manager - Berkshire
We are looking for Assistant Manager for our Berkshire branch.  A great opportunity awaits someone wishing to deal with the farming and fencing community, seeking challenges every day without repetition, working in a rural environment.

McVeigh Parker farm and fencing suppliers have 8 branches nationwide and are currently considering an Assistant Branch Manager role. You will be providing on site operational leadership and accountability for our Berkshire branch.

You will work closely with our branch Manager to ensure we provide a seamless service to our customers, focusing on branch sales and deliveries, customer retention and development of new markets. Part of the role will include transport management, including organising day to day deliveries, training will be given if required.

You will enjoy working directly with customers, be an excellent team worker, be highly motivated to increase sales and improve productivity, whilst supporting the branch to conform to all aspects of health and safety.
