Nationwide Farming and Fencing Specialists rewarded for Innovation at LAMMA

This year’s winner of the Gold innovation award at Lamma was McVeigh Parker for their Triple X fencing system. The newly registered brand is an exclusive combination of three premium all steel fencing products. This is now the fourth industry award for their bespoke agricultural fencing.

What particularly appealed to the independent judges was the value for money in relation to its life expectancy, the fact that you can recycle the product and the durability of the fencing system. ‘Innovation can be simple,’ they said. Every strand is held firmly in place by the patented spring-loaded clip system. When comparing Triple X to timber posts, the all steel fencing system offers greater longevity, is simpler to put up and requires significantly less maintenance. Unlike some products on the market currently, there are no fiddly components to install, break or lose.

McVeigh Parker were also showing their jumbo rolls of Xfence premium wire netting, 500m rolls were on the stand. Reacting to contractor demand for bigger rolls, McVeigh Parker now stock XHT8-80-22 and 30 in 300m and 500m and XHT8-80-15 in 300m. As well as the longer rolls, on show for the first time were 500m rolls of Bezinal coated barbed wire with its distinctive advanced corrosion protected barbs, they will keep biting back, this perfectly complements their
whole range of long-life fencing products.

Along with the award winning products and in keeping with McVeigh Parker’s desire to seek out better performing innovative products, some high end, top quality high tensile chain strainers were being demonstrated for the first time, as well as the unique simple to use concept De-barber tool plus the Winch and Gripper Strainer. These professional tools were very well received by the many visitors to the McVeigh Parker stand.
