Replacing old fencing can be a tough task, there are usually many nuts and bolts to fasten and specialist tools needed, it is a costly and time-consuming process and once it’s complete you may not know how strong it actually is and how long it will last.

The Clipex fencing solution resolves all these issues. Clipex is a cost-effective, strong and simple solution to fencing that leaves its competitors behind on the factors that truly matter!

Super strong

Clipex comes in two profiles; Standard and Beefy for added strength. Most competitors only come in one profile so there is no way of strengthening the fence. A Dacromet clip and stainless steel pins make Clipex stronger than traditionally staple fixing. These pins are riveted in with a 10-tonne press, which means there are no fiddly parts to come loose or get lost. Its foot and base plates are made from fully welded 4mm thick steel.

Clipex has a reinforced strengthening plate at ground level. What’s more, these plates are anti-lift which prevents people from pulling them out. The Clipex StaYfast strainers are hot-dip galvanised with over 600grm coating after manufacture. This process protects the metal from corrosion and lengthens its life-cycle which is in excess of 30 years.

Adaptable to your requirements

Clipex is unrivalled in its versatility. It offers five different patterns in five different lengths and is available in 2.5mm, 3mm and 3.5mm thick gauge. Extensions can be added at its base or top to extend by 450mm. This makes it more adaptable than other fences that don’t offer extensions. Beefy brackets can even be added simply to strengthen any slight bends. The Clipex clip is self-locking and restricts any movement of the wire, whilst still allowing it to flex. This makes it strong enough to retain pressure from livestock.

Easy to put up

The ease of assembly is a major advantage over other fences. The StaYfast strainers are simple to install and are made up from only five components, rather than lots of nuts and bolts that often leaves fences weak in areas. Each post has an automated weld to guarantee the post won’t split when driven into the hard ground by pneumatic drivers. These can be knocked in with hydraulic post knockers without the worry of bending and as the clip sits well inside the perimeter of the post, there’s no chance of them being damaged when using a post driver. It is also simple to fit electric insulators if necessary and it doesn’t need special tools to put up.

With all these great features, it is no wonder that Clipex is used on public and private land up and down the country as well as by many of the biggest organisations that cover the breadth of the UK like National Rail, the Environment Agency, and the National Trust. Don’t just take our word for it, check out Matt Smith’s experience of using Clipex on his deer farm in Cornwall:
